Hi, I’m Charlotte!
A married mum of two awesome daughters. I love the simple things in life, for me there is nothing better than a cuddle on the sofa, a cup of tea with biscuits, a chat with a friend or a walk on the beach. I love to travel and explore the world and have adventures with my family. I have my favourite places, but will always favour trying somewhere new to see what the world has to offer.
Ever since I was a little girl I have been fascinated by pregnancy, babies and child development, The documentary ‘a child of our time’ is one that really sparked this interest in me and probably is what led me to pursue my career in midwifery and health visiting. I feel privileged to have witnessed and supported hundreds of babies being born, and even more families, as they navigate their journey through the early years. My passion lies with baby brain development, it is such a fascinating subject and one that you will undoubtedly hear me talk about from time to time.
Nurture is in my nature. I really believe in the benefits of massage for wellbeing. For me, a massage is not just the relief of physical symptoms, it is an opportunity to calm the nervous system, to prioritise yourself, to connect to yourself, and feel nurtured.
