We welcome you to join us at Sunfyr Barns for a day of wellbeing and learning.
The day begins with a short introduction and welcoming drink followed with a meditation and mindfulness session.
Your Reiki 1 (Shoden) teachings follow. You will receive your reiki attunment and learn about working with the universal energy and how to treat yourself, friends and family and the 21 days cleansing process.
You will also be taught how to balance chakras using a crystal pendulum and how to perform a crystal healing, as well as learning how to care for your crystals.
We round off the day with a sound bath and closing meditation.
Lunch can be obtained from the wonderful cafe that is situated in the barns.
This is a diploma course which is accredited and insurable.

We are offering space for 12 participants to join us on a journey into Reiki and crystal healing, to harness the universal energy for the good of themselves and those around them.
Times for the day are 10am-5pm
