Be physically able to do the practical work

Students ideally should already be in the work place treating clients and have strong palpation skills, knowledge of muscle action and joint movement along with  good functional anatomy skills.

We do not offer the level 3 and level 4 courses combined as we believe through experience as educators and working therapists, that it is more beneficial to the student to have experience in the work place first before commencing onto level 4.

Palpation and assessment are skill’s developed over time and it is only through experience that these skills are perfected. We therefore suggest that students should have at least 3-6 months working with their level 3 qualification to gain the knowledge and confidence required to progress to level 4.
